I rescued an abandoned/abused cat. They provided xrays/intervenious fluids/meds.
Maybe
Much too expensive. No monetary consideration given to people who rescue animals. No low-cost spay/neuter to low-income people. Getting rich seems to be the priority here.
I've been a client for almost a decade. This is the only veterinary hospital that I would trust my kitties with, definitely the best vet I've been to. If you just look at their credentials alone; this group of veterinarians went to the top schools in the country and around the world. You pay for their expertise, these are genuine vets. They go above and beyond to give your pet the best medical care possible. They even call to see how your pet’s feeling. I ask you - how many vets do you know that do that? Rhinebeck Animal Hospital’s on the cutting edge of advanced vet medicine. They're unparalleled locally in their knowledge... and if they're not sure about a test result, they have the professionalism to seek a second opinion from their peers at other top veterinary hospitals and universities.
Sandy and the vet technicians are very sweet to my cat, Hobbes (even when he gets bitchy by hissing and swatting when they’re putting him in his cage)! They all treat your pets lovingly. These folks love animals, it shows.
We recently adopted a new puppy and decided to change Vets as well. The first few visits were for normal puppy visits and we were impressed with the service from everyone we encountered. Then he got sick and they blew us away with the way everyone handled our sick puppy. Thanks to the wonderful care Bucky received, he is once again behaving like a puppy!
From the minute I walked in the door the level of professionalism and customer service of this practice was evident. I was warmly greeted by name by the client care staff and I was checked in with my cat and seated in moments. The doctors and vet techs are always thorough and caring and give me time to ask all my questions and address any concerns. The hospital is immaculate as are the boarding areas. The adoption center window that faces the waiting room is usually occupied with precious kittens looking for homes. I should know, I have adopted 3 kittens from them over the years!
