Sadhana Yoga is a true gem. Owner/teacher Sondra Loring brings grace and wisdom of movement to each and every class she teaches. Her dance background allows her to conduct class through as a virtual symphony of bodies. Every class is different and challenging allowing the practioner to grow and evolve thier own practice. She simultaneously leads a room full of people while offering each student assists and tips on individual body alignment. She teaches three classes a week, Wed & Fri at 8:30am and Sun at 10am and I would highly recommend never missing a single one!
