$500 – $999

several Repairs and service of 2006 Nissan Frontier.

No
Today is 03\27\08just picked up truck from dealer for 30,000 mile service I got charged for wiper blade replacements and never recieved them. 2 weeks ago before I took a trip to NC I took truck in for oil change. When I got to North Carolina I found the oil pan drain plug out about 3/8 of an inch. I only found it because of an oil spot on the driveway. I have found a rag in my engine compartment. They still haven't found the sqeeking noise I hear everytime I go over a bump. I will never buy another Nissan from them. The sales dept was very good. to bad the service dept is who you deel with most of the time. I will be writing the CEO of the company. I may stand infront of their dealership with a sign.

"Service Engine Soon" light - diagnostic check.

No
Having your auto serviced at this dealership would be the biggest mistake you will ever make. I had been a loyal Poughkeepsie Nissan customer since the late 80's. Recently, my last three automobile problems were either misdiagnosed, or I was told that work needed to be done that in actuality wasn't required at all. (This was involving three different Nissan models by the way.) My last and final visit there involved a 2002 Altima with 70,000 miles on it. The service engine soon light was on intermittently, so I brought it in. For about $192.00 they put the error code reader on it, changed the spark plugs and sent me on my way. A few days later, the light came on again. I brought the car back, and after another diagnostics charge, was told that the engine needed to be replaced as well as the exhaust system! I emailed the service manager several times, but received no replies. Another shop found that this was clearly not the case. My conclusion - the management of this dealership is solely profit oriented, not customer oriented as an honest establishment would be.
