All organic and fresh ingredients. Fantastic baked goods. If you visit the Kingston Uptown Farmers Market on Saturdays during the summer, you can try one or all of Gabriel's famous croissants....A-mazing!
Susan makes special blends of her own soda sometimes and they used to do a special $25 prix fix dinner on Friday nights....byob! This restaurant is really one of the most special places in the Hudson Valley! Please visit Gabriel's and tell them Kale sent you!
