Fast ass burritos!!

The kitchen on wheels is back for summer 2008!! Bubby's burriotos is a little camper near 199 and route 9G is the place to be for good summer food. No meats at this burrito stand, sorry! But don't overlook this perfect burrito that rivals the best in the west.

Bubby's Burritos is owned by a lifetime Hudson Valley resident and her husband who is a native of San Miguel, Mexico....Bubby and Rodrigo. They have THE MOST PHENOMENAL burrito recipe in the world! I sit at work dreaming of a Bubby's Burrito for lunch and on many days I will drive all the way from Kingston just for one of their burritos. There is nothing like it! They also serve quesadillas and a special beverage of spring water and fruit juice. Everything is very very fresh and feels great. The people are wonderful! When you eat a burrito at Bubby's and there are kids playing in the grass and the sun is shining, you feel like the world can't help but be wonderful! It's also mad cheap and fast! If you haven't been to Bubby's.....you haven't BEEN!! :)

Burrito's with guac and soda

Bubby's Burritos is seriously the best. They serve burritos out of a camper, next to the farm stand at the intersection of Rt 199 & 9G. If you haven't pulled over and tried one, you are definitely missing out! They weren't around last year and from the crowd that showed up on opening day for the summer of 2007, you can tell they were missed. The menu is simple, burritos with guac or without. The ingredients are fresh lettuce, tomatos, beans rice, sour cream and guac all wrapped up in a toasted tortilla...delicious! Pick a iced down soda out of the cooler and enjoy a seat in the sun...a perfect summer meal, quick, cheap and tasty.
