only place I know of that will smoke meat brought in to them, they have a smokehouse and every fall we bring our hams,bacon,chops,hocks, even had a turkey done. We raise our own pigs and this is great source to be able to get our meat smoked at very reasonable rates. Excellent service and their own deli meats are superior.

I have been doing business with them for at least 20 years and no one else can compare to them. Everything is smoked in a timely manner and they are always ready to help carry in and out your large order. Very reasonably priced or we would not be able to get our meat smoked if it was overpriced, they go by the pound and prices have remained very stable over the past few years with very little increase. We maily go there to have our own meat smoked but I also go there to purchase their products because I know it is quality Hopefully they will be around for many years to come. I do not know fo any other smokehouse in the area.

Yes
East Fishkill Provisions in Hopewell Junction offers the best in deli meats. They also have various german wursts and delicious smoked meats. They'll even do a pig roast for you. The Moustakis family runs it and another store on Rt 82 & Old Hopewell Rd in Hopewell Junction. You can take out or eat their sandwiches there.
