Leonardo's Italian Market is a great addition to Rhinebeck. The place feels like you've walked into a deli on Mulberry street in the city. The sanwiches are delicious - I usually go for the Sophia Loren sandwich with extra peppers - and there are many sandwiches to choose from. Now, we all know that Italian's love spumoni, and if you fit this bill, then you have to go here and try the their spumoni - the owner claims it's the best spumoni this side of sicily - and I may agree. If I remember correctly, it's shipped from the homeland itself. I definetely would visit Leonardos in Rhinebeck and take a seat in the courtyard to enjoy a real Italian delight.
