Do not visit Tivoli without stopping by Tivoli Bread and Baking. I don't know if I could live somewhere that didn't have a bakery as good as this one. The croissants melt in your mouth. They are almost sold before they come out of the oven. Things to know, they open early and close early (by 2pm I think), they only have croissants on weekends, bagels on thursday. They are closed Monday and Tuesday. Everything is good, really good. Regular items are the chocolate bread, scones, muffins, brioche and chocolate brioche. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. When Mike stops baking in the Hudson Valley, I'm moving out!
