i love china rose for a delicious night out, or for take out. the dishes are flavorful and creative. try the tangerine peel chicken, goat cheese wantons, shrimp with snow peas, and of course, their legendary sake margaritas...friendly staff, awesome river-view location...one of my all-time favorite restaurants in the area

the produce is in a whole different league than what you'll find at the supermarkets & i can't believe how much less expensive it is. fantastic selection of meats, cheeses, and fish. from local to exotic, shopping at Adams will inspire you to eat and cook fresh and delicious food!

stayed here with my crew for weeks at a time during a seasonal fishing job every May for 5 years straight - great location to explore the Catskills and right off the thruway at exit 21 for easy access. it's a family-run place and the staff is friendly and very accommodating - the in-room kitchens and on-site laundry make it a great place to stay if you need a home away from home.
