Jake and Mike are true professionals. They are very communicative and get the job done with great detail, and within schedule and budget. They have done work for us on several occasions as we remodeled most of our house now - kitchen, baths, office, master bedroom, etc. They are a pleasure to work with and I would hire them again.

John, from Baisley construction, is a true and experienced professional. Great work within timeframes - great at fine carpentry, along with kitchen installation. We had him with the removal of a set of stairs and all fine carpentry as we updated our home. Very knowledgable and great insights into helping us with configuration/design as we worked with our space. Highly recommend, but book early as he is most definetely busy!

Hip Hip - Hooray. Hip Hip - Hooray for Uncle Chippies in Red Hook NY. We needed a great burger joint in the Hudson Valley and red hook got it. Uncle Chippies has a unique small slider burger as its main attraction along with cheese fries, fish sandwiches, specialty burgers, double deckers, triple deckers - everything a burger joint should have. It's got style and the theme is just like you remember the local burger joint. This is a welcome change from the stale deli and diner that we all frequent probably a little more than we would like. Uncle Chippies is a great place!
