I've been a client for almost a decade. This is the only veterinary hospital that I would trust my kitties with, definitely the best vet I've been to. If you just look at their credentials alone; this group of veterinarians went to the top schools in the country and around the world. You pay for their expertise, these are genuine vets. They go above and beyond to give your pet the best medical care possible. They even call to see how your pet’s feeling. I ask you - how many vets do you know that do that? Rhinebeck Animal Hospital’s on the cutting edge of advanced vet medicine. They're unparalleled locally in their knowledge... and if they're not sure about a test result, they have the professionalism to seek a second opinion from their peers at other top veterinary hospitals and universities. Sandy and the vet technicians are very sweet to my cat, Hobbes (even when he gets bitchy by hissing and swatting when they’re putting him in his cage)! They all treat your pets lovingly. These folks love animals, it shows.

On 10/17/05, Jesse charged me $100 tax after he quoted me (in writing) and finished the job. Kind of slimy, if you ask me; you don't tack on charges before consulting with the buyer, and after the job's done, it's NOT good business practice. I don't think he's honest.

Dawn was great! I HATE mopping and had a lot of floor space. Dawn and her assistant, Kathy came in and did a thorough job. They were on-time, good listeners, friendly, and did exactly what I asked. What more could you ask for?
