Let me just say this.... " OUTSTANDING".... this is the best kennel care service if you should feel the need to go away for pleasure or business. Everytime I enter this place I am greeted with nothing but smiling faces behind the counter on all drop offs and pickups. The staff there should be commended for wonderful performance as compared to other kennels in the area. Worth the drive no matter where you are located in Dutchess County, NY.

When I first called them 3 weeks in advance mind you just to find out the pre-requisites for leaving a pet at their establishment as well as finding out if they will take my pet for an X amount of days, they assured mewhole heartedly that they could accomodate me for the time period in question . Only just to make sure said pet is up to date on all shots and to bring said form from my personal vet for verification purposes. Ok, Well the date arrived that I was due to drop off my pet so that I could go on my business trip. Lo and Behold they said my pet needed the kennel cough shot. I said well, cant you give it here? I will pay for it..Oh no they say.. "That needed to be done 10 days in advance, Ok I say, so why did the staff not tell me this when I first called 3 weeks ago ? They said " they have no clue nor do they know whom it was that answered the phone that day " ( for future reference I suggest that any busines you or I call to get the name of the person and write it down, so as to report it to the establishment if there should be any discrepencies in the future) So, needless to say I had to cancel my trip and lost money out on the plane ticket due to serious incompetence on the part of East Fishkill Animal Hospital. I went there a 2nd time after fully knowing what was needed to accept my pet. Though I found the staff behind the counter very rude as before and as if they did not feel like being there and I thought they needed a serious attitude adjustment when dropping of my pet ..This goes for the people who come up front to take your pet to the kennel area. I was not happy, but at this stage in the game, I really had no other alternative. I found a better place for those whom inquire. Just look up my reviews..You'll be glad you did..

I have to say this is one of the best in the Fishkill, NY area. They have penne ala vodka to die for. The sauce is devine and 10 times better than some of their more expensive Italian restaurant counterparts. ( I dont know what they do , but my hopes are that they keep on doing it !!!) Their chicken marsal is also another hit . They have the best tasting soft garlic knots and are the best that I have had in the area. The service is excellent and have very hard working employees that expemplify what true service should be. There is also an Antonellas 2 further up route 9 towards poughkeepsie in the plaza by Kohls.
