We had been hearing a buzz about Twist for a while before we got a chance to try it for ourselves. Since our first visit, we have become devoted fans of the food, staff and wine list. In the kitchen, Ben works such wizardry as turning chicken livers into an ethereal pate, grilling the perfect steak and searing scallops in a lobster cream sauce you'll wish you could bathe in. He also makes the best slow-cooked pork ribs we've ever had. Fall will hopefully bring the return of the to-die-for pumpkin cheesecake that people line up to buy at Thanksgiving. David and Ellen & the rest of the servers keep the front of the house running smoothly and the great wine knowledge ready to share. Make sure to ask for the extended wine list when you visit or talk to your server about whatever fresh juice concoction David has made for the cocktail of the day.

What a gem! We had such an amazing meal and loved not only the food (menu changes every two weeks) but the service was warm and attentive and the wine list had many great offerings by the glass. My only regret is that we were both too full to try dessert. We'll be going back soon!

This über-relaxing spa has extensive offerings for anyone in need of some pampering. I experienced perhaps the best hot-stone massage of my life there as well as an awesome facial. The relaxation envelops you as soon as you walk in and by the time you leave, you will feel transformed!
