All the staff are wonderful and helpful. They care about your pets and take their time in the exam room instead of trying to rush you out the door. The prices are very reasonable for the services they provide and they don't pressure you into products you don't need, such as flea and tick products in the winter. Dr. Dalton is also a Bard grad, which shows that he cares about the local people and the community since he opened his practice in Red Hook.

Top quality beer brewed on premises, rivaling other local breweries and Vermont breweries. Pleasant surprise with the sweet potato fries, but marshmallow dipping sauce was strange. They are good with salt, pepper, and ketchup. Menu is extensive, few vegetarian options but they are good.

The food has always been excellent, creative, and well prepared. The Service is wonderful and friendly, even when it is busy and the waiters/waitresses are stressing. The specials are always a treat. Though the wine list leaves a little to be desired. They do a good job of incorporating seasonal foods and vegetables into the menu.
